ABOUT RAIDER
After starting our operations in 1995, Raider Well Servicing Ltd. has grown to become a 14 service rig and 80 employee rigging business. Our company president, Martin Stephen, has more than 39 years of experience in the oilfield rig industry.
Always keeping our employees up-to-date on the latest technologies in oilfield services, we strive to improve and expand the business in the years to come. With that ideology in mind, we began eliminating the use of ground anchors on our rigs back in 2000.
We quickly modified the old rigs to be free-standing, which allows for much greater mobility. Now our recent improvements include attaching X-Celerator (Gripper) units to a number of our service rigs.
Quality Management
Raider is dedicated to quality and continuous process improvement for both customers and employees. Our responsibility is to ensure that through established standards and measurements, the level of quality at Raider matches or exceeds our customer expectations.
We develop quality awareness through management reviews, process improvements, training, measurements, and development of our employees. Quality is an integral part of our commitment to a successful project execution.
Health, Safety and Environmental Managment
Raider's Occupational Health and Safety Program is aimed at prevention through promotion of individual employee wellness, awareness, training, and the enforcement of safe work procedures.
The object of our organization’s Health and Safety Program is to implement measures to prevent hazards and personal injury in the workplace. The active involvement, cooperation, and support of all Raider employees in workplace health and safety is essential within our system.
